Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to purchases, memberships, subscriptions, digital products, educational services, community access, mentorship services, recordings, live sessions, and other offerings provided by Tribe Trades LLC ("Tribe Trades," "we," "our," or "us").

By purchasing from Tribe Trades, you agree to this Refund & Cancellation Policy.

1. All Sales Are Final

All purchases are final.

Tribe Trades does not offer refunds for:

  • memberships,
  • subscriptions,
  • digital products,
  • educational materials,
  • Discord access,
  • live sessions,
  • recordings,
  • mentorship services,
  • market commentary,
  • community access,
  • premium resources,
  • application-based services,
  • any other paid product or service,

unless a refund is expressly required by applicable law.

2. No Refunds for Non-Use

You are not entitled to a refund because you:

  • changed your mind,
  • did not use the service,
  • did not log in,
  • did not join Discord,
  • did not attend live sessions,
  • did not watch recordings,
  • did not complete educational materials,
  • did not achieve a desired trading result,
  • failed to cancel before renewal,
  • misunderstood the service,
  • were dissatisfied with market conditions,
  • were removed for violating Tribe Trades policies.

3. Subscription Billing

Memberships are billed according to the terms shown at checkout.

By purchasing a recurring membership, you authorize the applicable payment processor to charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis until the membership is canceled.

Billing is processed by third-party payment providers, including Stripe and LaunchPass.

Tribe Trades does not directly store your payment card information.

4. Cancellations

You may cancel your membership using the cancellation method provided through the payment platform, membership portal, or by contacting Tribe Trades at:

support@thetribetrades.com

Cancellation stops future billing.

Cancellation does not create a right to a refund for prior payments, unused time, partial billing periods, missed sessions, or unused membership access.

5. Access After Cancellation

When a membership is canceled, Tribe Trades may remove access to:

  • Discord channels,
  • paid community areas,
  • premium resources,
  • live sessions,
  • recordings,
  • member-only content,
  • educational materials,
  • mentorship services,
  • subscription-based benefits.

Access may end immediately upon cancellation or at the end of the applicable billing period, depending on the payment platform, product type, or access system.

6. Failed Payments

Membership access is tied to active payment status.

If a payment fails, Tribe Trades may immediately suspend or revoke access to:

  • Discord,
  • paid services,
  • premium resources,
  • live sessions,
  • recordings,
  • community features,
  • educational materials,
  • mentorship services.

Access may be restored after successful payment, subject to Tribe Trades' discretion and technical processing timelines.

7. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

If you initiate a chargeback, payment dispute, payment reversal, or similar action, Tribe Trades may immediately suspend or terminate your access pending resolution.

This may include removal from:

  • Discord,
  • paid services,
  • premium resources,
  • live sessions,
  • recordings,
  • community features,
  • educational materials,
  • mentorship services.

Tribe Trades reserves the right to provide relevant records to payment processors, banks, card networks, or dispute-resolution providers, including:

  • purchase records,
  • access records,
  • cancellation records,
  • usage records,
  • communications,
  • acceptance of policies,
  • account history.

Chargebacks may result in permanent removal from Tribe Trades services.

8. Removal for Policy Violations

Tribe Trades may remove, suspend, or terminate a user without refund for violating:

  • Terms & Conditions,
  • Community Standards,
  • intellectual property rules,
  • account-sharing rules,
  • Discord rules,
  • payment rules,
  • applicable law,
  • any policy designed to protect Tribe Trades, its members, or its content.

Examples of prohibited conduct include:

  • harassment,
  • abuse,
  • spam,
  • fraud,
  • illegal activity,
  • copyright infringement,
  • sharing paid content,
  • reposting newsletters,
  • redistributing PDFs,
  • sharing recordings,
  • uploading Tribe Trades content elsewhere,
  • sharing Discord access,
  • sharing login credentials,
  • account sharing.

9. Digital Product Acknowledgment

Tribe Trades products and services may include immediate access to digital content, community spaces, live education, recordings, or premium resources.

Because digital access may begin immediately after purchase, refunds are not provided once access has been granted, unless required by applicable law.

10. Mentorship and Application-Based Services

Premium mentorship or application-based services may have separate payment terms, commitment terms, or agreements.

Unless otherwise stated in writing, payments for mentorship and application-based services are final and non-refundable.

11. No Trading Result-Based Refunds

Tribe Trades does not guarantee profitability, trading success, income, account growth, funded account success, or any financial outcome.

Refunds are not provided based on trading performance, market losses, lack of profitability, or dissatisfaction with personal results.

12. Platform or Technical Issues

Tribe Trades uses third-party platforms including Discord, Stripe, LaunchPass, Webflow, AWeber, Zapier, Google Forms, Typeform, and other service providers.

Temporary outages, platform interruptions, login issues, payment processor issues, Discord issues, or third-party service disruptions do not create a right to a refund.

Tribe Trades may make reasonable efforts to restore access where appropriate.

13. Policy Updates

Tribe Trades may update this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time.

Changes become effective when posted on our website or otherwise made available.

The "Last Updated" date indicates when this policy was most recently revised.
